Subject and scope of application
For all current and future deliveries and other services provided by MyRigs, as part of its Internet service under the domain www.MyRigs.shop and/or written orders for its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Services”), exclusively the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) will apply. Different terms and conditions will only apply if they are arranged in written form before the purchase.
The valid version of these General Terms and Conditions can be accessed and saved at any time at www.MyRhttps://www.myrigs.shop/ig.shop/terms-and-conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all MyRig customers. Own or different terms of business are explicitly excluded for MyRigs legal business and the entire business relationship.
All offers of MyRigs are not binding.
The customer declares that he is of full age.

Consumer rights and rescission
The goods and services offered by MyRigs on its website www.MyRig.shop are a request from MyRigs to the customer to provide a binding offer for the goods and services offered by MyRig. By clicking on the button “pay now” the customer places such a binding offer over all goods contained in the shopping cart.
MyRigs accepts the offer of the customer only by a separate order confirmation via e-mail.
The customer is obliged to examine the goods received immediately for any defects (contamination or damage) and to inform MyRigs in writing immediately.

Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days (14) without giving reasons. The period of rescission begins either
a. with the day on which the customer or a third party not designated as a carrier by the customer acquires possession of the goods, or
b. if the customer orders several goods within the scope of a uniform order, the date on which the customer or a third party not designated as a carrier by the customer acquires possession of the last delivered product; or
c. in the case of delivery of a product in several parts, at which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not a carrier, acquires possession of the last part.
d. B2B Customers (Business Customers ordering as company) have no right of withdrawal. All sales are final for B2B Orders.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform MyRigs of his decision to withdraw from this contract in whole or in part by means of a clear declaration (eg a letter or e-mail sent by mail). In order to withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.
The goods have to be returned to MyRigs.

Consequences of withdrawal
MyRigs will promptly, but at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice, refund all payments made by the Customer, excluding the cost of delivery. MyRig will use the same means of payment (payment method) that the customer has used to settle his payment. In case of a refund the funds are credited back to customers Bitcoin wallet.
The customer is obligated to return the goods to MyRigs within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal. The deadline is respected when the customer submits the goods before the deadline ends.
The customer bears the direct shipping costs of the return.

Prices and terms of payment
All prices stated by MyRigs are exclusive of the delivery costs, including the Taiwan sales tax (5% VAT). The invoice amounts are payable immediately upon receipt of the order and payable without deduction.
The payment is only valid with the irrevocable credit note on the account of MyRigs.
The goods shall remain the property of MyRigs until complete payment.
A set-off of the customer with a claim against MyRigs is excluded, provided that the claim has not been legally established.

Delivery terms
All available articles will be sent by MyRigs within a reasonable period after receipt of payment and irrevocable credit. If the customer has made an order with the specified delivery time and the delivery time can not be adhered to for unforeseeable reasons, the customer will be notified within a reasonable period of time.
Should additional costs arise during the dispatch due to incomplete and / or incorrect address data, the customer has to pay the cost.
MyRigs is not liable for delayed and / or incomplete delivery, as long as no gross negligence is given when handing over to the shipping partner.
Delivery delays caused by legal or official orders (for example, strikes) and which are not the responsibility of MyRigs, extend the delivery period according to the duration of such obstacles.
The customer undertakes to notify MyRigs in case of transport damages immediately after recognition in writing or by email.

All products are subject to a standard warranty provided by the manufacturers. The manufacturers warranty is 180 days for ASIC miners and 360 days for GPU miners starting from the shipping date.
All defective units will be repaired/replaced for free by the manufacturers if they fall under their warranty policy. After the warranty period, machines can be repaired at the cost of parts and labor.You should return the products in their original packaging to MyRigs at the address provided by the support team.
The following events will void the warranty:
a. Customer removes/replaces any components.
b. Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges;
c. Miner/boards/components damage due to water immersion or corrosion due to wet environment.
For all repaired or replaced products, within warranty or not, customer must return the defective products at his/her own expense after opening a support ticket and troubleshooting with MyRigs’s instructions.
MyRigs will cover shipping cost when shipping back a repaired or replaced unit within the warranty period.

Returns Policy
This is for online consumer sales only. For returning goods bought in our store please ask in-store or contact customer services.
Unwanted goods
In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned so long as you let us know you want to return them within 14 days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.  Any free gifts which may have been sent must also be returned.
If the returned item(s) affect any promotional discount or offer then this will be adjusted in your refund.
We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them.
To return goods please obtain an RMA number from Customer services.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you no longer want them. The return is at your cost, and you need to make sure the goods are properly packaged, and sent with a reputable courier, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit before they reach us. You may wish to insure more expensive items. You have the option of using our courier at discounted rates.
Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product except for the delivery charges.
we cannot refund for miner systems that settings has been edited and used for other purposes that it supposed to be used.
Faulty Goods
Items faulty on arrival. You have the option of a replacement or a refund. If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 3 working days to inform us. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s more than 3 working days since receipt, then provided item is within its warranty period and you are entitled to a warranty repair.
Sometimes manufacturers provide support direct to end users.The main reason for this is that they would like to ensure that their customers receive the best possible support on their products. If we refer you to a manufacturer your RMA will invariably be dealt with a lot quicker.
Damage in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 1 working day. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and contact Customer Services. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Item Missing or Incorrect Item
If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, then please contact Customer Services as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

The liability of MyRigs is excluded, unless the damage was deliberately or grossly negligently caused by MyRigs or a third party to be attributed to it.
The damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, fire, flood, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation or use of the products are not approved by MyRigs.
The product user acknowledges and agrees to use products or services provided by MyRigs in accordance with all applicable laws.
The product user guarantees to not use the product for any illegal purposes nor cause the product to be used in an illegal manner. Liability for all damages caused by violation of this article shall be borne by the product user. The product user shall also be liable for any loss rendered to MyRigs Company resulting from such a violation.
To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, MyRigs and its affiliated companies, agents or managers may not be held responsible for any personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to loss of profits, damages resulting from interruption of service or any other commercial damage or loss, caused due to use of product by product user.
MyRigs Company is not liable for damages caused by the inability to use products or services in situations including, but not limited to:
a. Typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power failure, war, terrorist attack(s) and other force major factors.
b. Failure to normally use product due to attacks by hacker(s), any technical adjustments or technical failure on part of respective telecom authorities, or any other similar reasons.
c. Losses resulting from any man-made reason that renders the device unusable.
d. Damages caused by failure to meet guidelines for normal and acceptable product use (including, but not limited to too low/high voltage, humidity, corrosion and environmental pollution).
MyRig does not provide any form of guarantee for products and relevant services, including, but not limited to the following matters:
a. Products meeting the requirements of the user.
b. Products being used without interference or free from errors.
c. Any product and service data obtained by the product user meeting the expectation of the user.
d. The matters that a user uses the product to execute and reach completion.
The product user is urged to use the product after having carefully read the disclaimer; use of product or any accessory device implies that the user has carefully read the disclaimer and accepts being bound by it.

Import duty
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the Taiwan, they may be subject to export/import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Customers Obligations
You are responsible for your own choice of Product and the suitability for any particular purpose. You must ensure that any Products are compatible.

Consumer Rights
You may cancel your purchase at any time within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. Some items are not covered by this clause; please refer to our Returns Policy for further details. You must inform MyRigs in writing and return the Products to us immediately in the same condition you received them, at your own cost and risk. We recommend you follow our packaging guidelines and return via recorded delivery as we cannot be liable for goods damaged or lost in transit to us.

Court of jurisdiction and place of performance
The Terms & Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
